1. Returns and Cancellations:


 

  • We DO NOT accept returns for Cabinet Doors, Drawer Fronts, or Drawer Boxes, or anything cut specific to your order (this includes all styles and materials). 
  • For returning Hardware, we DO accept returns on a case-by-case basis. If approved by our team, all items must be returned within 1 week of approval, any costs associated with the return must be paid for by the customer. There will be a 35% Restocking Fee. Return shipment must also be paid for by the customer.
  •  We understand mistakes can be made. Please double and triple check your order before submitting, orders are put into production almost immediately after submission. Make sure you have chosen the correct option for entering measurements, all dimensions, and also the correct overlay.
  •  In the event a mistake is made by the customer, and you must cancel the order, the refunded amount will be based on how far along we are in production. If you are cancelling the order within 1 business day you will be charged 15%.

     

    2. Shipping:

    • We offer standard shipping.
    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
    • Please check Shipping page for times.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the various things such as (weight, size, and location)
    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
