Not all shaker doors are created equal! All of our cabinet doors are made from "select" wood species, which are the highest grade wood for each material option. The construction and feel will exceed your expectations. Standard: 3/4” thick frame, 1/4” panel, 2 1/4" stiles and rails. Outside edge profile is rounded over 1/16". Minimum Size: 7 1/2" x 7 1/2", Maximum Size: 30" wide x 72" high. Center Rail is required if door is higher than 50" and above. Custom size stiles and rails available and may increase the minimum size of the door. Please call for custom orders.
If you have selected 1⁄2” overlay. Doors will require a 1⁄2” overlay on all 4 sides for a single door. If your opening is 10”w x 10”h, the door size would be 11” w x 11” h.
Double doors
If you desire a 1⁄2” overlay: 1/8" reveal between your doors. If your opening is 30”w x 30”h, the door sizes would be (2) 15 7/16” w x 31” h.
Measuring Options
Door Measurements: If you know the exact door size, select this option.
Cabinet Opening: If not, measure the inside of the frame, enter those dimensions, and the calculator will determine the door size based on your chosen overlay.
Lazy Susan/Corner Cabinet Doors:
Measure the inside edge to the corner, add ½", subtract door thickness, and repeat for the other door.
